Rules & Regulations
  1. All entries must be made on the Official Registration Form(s) and be submitted personally at the designated registration centres or through official website.
  2. Entry forms that are not officially endorsed or are sent by mail will not be accepted. Incomplete entry forms will be rejected. No refund will be made for incorrect entries, multiple entries, late entries and participants who wish to withdraw from the event..
  3. There will be no race day registration for Mizuno Mount Faber Run 2011.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entry
  5. Participants below 21 years of age need to seek parental or guardian consent for participating in the event.
  6. All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. All participants must also observe traffic regulations. The Organiser shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to or loss of such person’s property.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the event. There will be no fee refund if the event is cancelled for whatever reason.
  8. The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend any rules and regulations without prior notice.
  9. Failure to observe the Rules and Regulations shall result in disqualification and no refund will be given.
  10. The Organiser’s decision shall be final.
  11. Race Pack with official number tags will be issued 2 week prior to the actual event day. Participants without number tags will not be allowed to participate in this event. Participants who have been mistakenly issued number tags of the wrong category are required to bring it to the attention of the registration official prior to the commencement of the race on the race day. Number tags are non-transferable. Participants found doing so will be disqualified.
  12. Once the registration form has been duly processed, there shall be no fee refund for those participants who eventually do not take part for whatever reason.
  13. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs, motion picture, recordings, or any other record of this race and of participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
  14. Participants must not fold the number tags and must have their number tags properly secured using 4 safety pins and prominently displayed at the front of their T-shirts.
  15. Participants must be present to claim their prizes at time of draw, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
  16. Prize winners are required to wait at the designated winners’ holding area to collect their prizes. The top 10 winners for Men’s and Women’s Open and Men’s and Women’s Veteran will be called upon during the prize-giving ceremony.
  17. In the event of inclement weather, the Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the event.
  18. Should the inclement weather persist after delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event without any refund of registration fees already paid.
  19. VGO Corporation Limited and the main organiser will not be liable for any lost baggage.
  20. The Organiser has the right to substitute the next best size for the running singlet.
